Terms of Service

1. Overview
Vantage Media provides a pay-per-job marketing service for HVAC contractors. We manage marketing campaigns on your behalf to generate booked appointments with homeowners. You pay a fixed fee only when a job is successfully booked on your calendar.
2. Pay-Per-Job Model
You agree to pay $150 for each booked job that we deliver to your calendar. A "booked job" is a confirmed appointment with a homeowner who has requested HVAC services. You are not charged for leads that do not result in a booked appointment.
3. No Guaranteed Results
While we aim to deliver consistent results, we do not guarantee a specific number of jobs per month. Results vary based on market conditions, seasonality, and other factors.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time with no penalty or long-term commitment. Upon cancellation, we will stop the marketing campaigns and you will not be charged for any future booked jobs.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued for booked jobs on a schedule agreed upon during onboarding. Payment is due within the terms specified on each invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vantage Media is not liable for any disputes between you and homeowners, job cancellations, or the quality of work performed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific booked job in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
